O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been preferred by the wife of the detenu, stating that her husband, namley Johnson, Son of Babu, had been missing, from 24.02.2016. She had stated that the second respondent police, had taken him for an enquiry. However, he had not returned back, thereafter.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent produced the detenu before this Court. On enquiry, he had stated that, he has been working as a cable operator. He had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further stated, that the second respondent police, had taken him, for an enquiry, on 24.02.2016, and he had been allowed to go, thereafter. He had further stated, that he would go back to his matrimonial home, at No.10, Rajamangalam, 3rd street, Kolathur, Chennai 600 099, to live along with his wife.

4. In view of the submissions made by the detenu, we are of the considered view, that no further orders are necessary, in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, permitting the detenu, to go back to his matrimonial house, as per his wish.
