C.M.P.No.18648 of 2021 in S.A.No.1151 of 2014 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE, J.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 5, being the legal heirs of the deceased appellant, Vedhapuri as the appellants 2 to 6 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit and the legal heirs certificate produced, this Court is satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out and that the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Vedhapuri.

4. Accordingly, petitioners 1 to 5 namely, V.Kumari, Thangamani, Kumar, Chitra and Senthil are impleaded as the legal heir of the deceased appellant Vedhapuri.
