Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General appears for Mr.B.Mohan, learned Senior Panel Counsel who accepts notice for the respondent and having regard to the reasons set out in the condonation petitions, does not very seriously object to the delay.

2. Hence, and having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petitions, the delay of 3 days in filing the Criminal Appeals is condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 25.06.2026 along with Crl.A.No.700 2026.
