This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12213 of 2024 on 27.06.2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Madras High Court Clerk Association instead of Advocate Clerk Association, Gummidipoondi and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
