ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.69 of 2026 dated 24.06.2026 pending on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has already been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry on 22.06.2026 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter in the manner known to law, after the final report being taken on file by the Court concerned.
