[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed for parole for the life convict Muniraj (CT No.16713) by his daughter Sujatha.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2020 in a time bound manner.

3. Accepting the same, this Court directs the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Vellore Range to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2020, for ordinary leave in accordance with law within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
