Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to suspend the judgment and decree in A.S.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Court, Dharmapuri, dated 31.08.2021 in partially reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.123 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Dharmapuri, dated 05.10.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the petition in C.M.P.No.18485 of 2021 is not pressed. Therefore, C.M.P.No.18485 of 2021 in S.A.No.985 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.
