O R D E R

This Court by its earlier order dated 11.01.2021 recorded the submission of Mr.Ashwanth Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.Jayesh B. Dolia that the respondents are not attempting to put any permanent or temporary structure in front of the petitioner's building bearing door No.189, Anna Salai, Chennai, as the said land is used for parking facilities for Chennai Metro Rail Limited.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the earlier submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents on 11.01.2021 may be recorded and the writ petition can be closed.

3.After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents on 11.01.2021 as indicated above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
