O R D E R

This application has been filed to appoint a Receiver, namely, Mr.Amit Kumar Singh, employee of the applicant to seize and deliver the vehicle MF 1035 DI MAHASHAKTI TONNER, Regn.No.UP40X1185, Chassis No.MEA62D61HF2061485, Engine No.S337A62641 available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the Receiver, namely, Mr.Amit Kumar Singh of the applicant to obtain police aid and to break open the premises.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that arbitration proceedings have concluded and an award has been passed in its favour on 16.04.2018.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
