JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This intra court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the writ Court dated 30.08.2024 made in W.P.No.2704 OF 2021.

2. In the said writ petition, the main prayer sought for was to challenge the notification issued by the respondents dated 10.12.2020 with regard to the appointment to the post of Technical Assistant in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department.

3. However, the very notification dated 10.12.2020 itself has been subsequently withdrawn and this fact having been brought to the notice of the Writ Court, the same was recorded by the learned Judge and the writ Court dismissed the writ petition as infructuous.

4. Since the very prayer ie., the main portion of Writ of Certiorari challenging the notification dated 10.12.2020 itself has become infructuous and recording the same the writ petition was dismissed, nothing would survive to agitate now by filing this intra court appeal. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.

5. However, liberty is given to the appellant to agitate the issue if he has got any other grievance with regard to the employment opportunity for the same post in the department. In other words, outside the purview of the said notification dated 10.12.2020, the appellant is at liberty to agitate the issue in the manner known to law. (R.S.K.,J.)
