O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.8284 of 2003 dated 23.01.2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 23.01.2009 passed by this Court has been complied with, in letter and spirit, by way of the Government Order in G.O(Ms) No.68, Revenue and Disaster Management [ULC-I(1) Department, dated 28.01.2020; a copy of the said G.O has also been produced before this Court.
