JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Learned counsel for the appellants has informed the Court that the appellants/writ petitioners have filed the writ petitions challenging the recruitment notification No.9 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019. The Writ Court, by order dated 17.12.2020 has passed an interim order. Aggrieved by the said order passed by the Writ Court, the appellants/petitioners have filed this writ appeal. He further submits that subsequently, the entire process of recruitment has been completed and now appointment orders have been issued. Therefore, the prayer as sought for by the appellants in the writ appeal has 2/4

become infructuous.

2. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the appellants/petitioners to challenge the appointment order, if aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.1050 of 2021 is closed.
