This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in relation to the F.I.R. in Cr. No.13/2019 dated 03.02.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police Grand Bazaar Police Station, Puducherry, quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.500/2020 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
