Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant admission to the petitioners in MBBS course in Government Medical Colleges or Self Financing Medical Colleges under BC category in accordance with merit in selection based on the marks secured by the petitioners in NEET (UG) - 2020 for the academic session 2020 - 2021 under 7.5% Government quota, based on the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 23.11.2020.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that during the pendancy of these writ petitions, the petitioners were accommodated under 7.5% Government quota. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. 3.In view of the above, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
