ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 506(i) and r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.175 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused induced the defacto complainant to invest Rs.1,00,000/- and they will re-pay at the rate of Rs.1,900/- per day for 100 days. Apart from the present defacto complainant, several other persons were cheated in the similar pattern viz., 31,000/- people were invested more than Crores. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not a beneficiary in this business and he also one of the investors like other victims and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is the agent of Aangel Trading Company and he has collected a sum of Rs.75,00,000/- from the innocent victims. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and also the fact that the huge amount involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 29/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
