This petition has been filed to call for the records in F.I.R in Crime No:778 of 2010 dated 11.06.2010 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for Respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No:778 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No:417 of 2010 before the Judicial Magistrate - V, Coimbatore. 4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
