ORDER

Seeking quashment of the order No. R.12011/02/2010-EP(IM-1) dated 17.07.2012 passed by the first respondent and also seeking admission to first year B.A.M.S Course at the Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda College and Hospital, Mahe for the year 2012-13, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for by the petitioner is related to academic year 2012-2013, the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Mps are closed.
