O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH., J.) This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 10.05.2019 passed by this Court in O.S.A.No.131 of 2019 has not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance with the order passed by us on 10.05.2019, the sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) was paid by the respondents to the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that he is not pressing this contempt petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
