2. Considering the fact that H.M.O.P.No.344 of 2020 that has been filed before the Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai was disposed of, this Tr.Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, giving opportunity to the petitioner to revive the same, once the HMOP is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
