to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.06.2023 as well as the Representation dated 19.06. 023 on merits for appointment to the Post of Multi -Purpose Hospital Worker at any Government Primary Health Centers Cuddalore District without insisting Destitute-Widow Certificate within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 12.06.2023 as well as the representation dated 19.06. 023 on merits for appointment to the Post of Multi -Purpose Hospital Worker at any Government Primary Health Centers Cuddalore District without insisting Destitute-Widow Certificate within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is working as 'Reproductive Child Care' Sanitary Worker [RHC] at Primary Health Center Sirmusnam drawing monthly salary of Rs.1500/-. She has 2/6
completed 15 years of service and her husband also died on 31.10.2022. The Government issued G.O.Ms.No.692 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 sanctioning appointment to the post of Multi Purpose Hospital Worker at various Government Primary Health Centers. As per the guidelines issued on 08.06.2023 in Na.Ka.No.3727981/Aa Su Ni-7/A3/2022, the petitioner is fully qualified for the post and she applied to the Block Medical Officer, Government Primary Health Centre, Ayakudi, Cuddalore District and the said application along with the experience certificate was forwarded to the fourth respondent and he has also awarded mark and she is in the senior most in the rank. Now the respondents are insisting destitute widow certificate despite the fact that the widow certificate has been submitted along with her application. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner is working as a Sanitary Worker and she is qualified for the post of Multi Purpose Hospital Worker as per the G.O.Ms.No.604 of 2023 and she is also in rank No.1. It is also not in dispute that her husband died and she has also annexed the Widow 3/6
Certificate along with her application. In such view of the matter, the third and fourth respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 for appointment to the post of 'Multi Purpose Hospital Worker without insisting for Destitute Widow Certificate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
