O R D E R

(The order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN.,J ) The habeas corpus petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased, to direct the respondents herein to produce the detenu, the husband of the petitioner, namely, Dharmalingam, Son of Ramasamy, before this Court and set him at liberty.

3. At this stage of hearing of the habeas corpus petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, on 27.2.2016, in connection with Crime No.127 of 2016, for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and at present, he has been lodged in the Sub-Jail, Hosur.

4. In view of the said submission, made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further orders are necessary in this habeas corpus petition.
