2. The petitioner, challenging the impugned order of transfer passed by the second respondent dated 08.12.2020, has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC has submitted that similar batch of writ petitions challenging the transfer order was dismissed by this Court in W.P.Nos.905 of 2020 etc., batch dated 08.10.2020 and the said decision squarely applies to the case on hand also.

4. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
