The conditional order passed by this Court on 01.07.2025 has been duly complied with by the respondent, which is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions. However, he would submit that the respondent has committed default once again by not paying the further installments on time. Since the conditional order has been complied with, this application has to be closed. However, liberty will have to be granted to the applicant to file a fresh application, in case, the respondent commits default in the payment of future installments.
2. The Advocate Commissioner has already been paid an initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/-. He has also executed the warrant of commission in accordance with the directions of this Court. He seeks payment of additional remuneration. This Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
