ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks direction upon respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments and unauthorised construction put up by the fifth respondent in S.F.No.248, Idikarai Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, direction was issued to the fifth respondent to stop the construction.

4. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent submits that the

construction has been stopped.

5. The learned Government Advocate submits that as far as unauthorised construction that is already made is concerned, in case the same is not removed, then steps would be taken expeditiously to get it removed.

6. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
