This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the Respondent / Police for not implementing the order dated 17.06.2019, deliberately in Crl.O.P.No.15383 of 2019.
2. Mr. B.Arulmozhimaran, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the Inspector of 1/3
Police, Vishnu Kanchi Police Station has already taken action and the protection of the petitioner has been ensured and it is reported that the petitioner is now running the shop.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a complaint has been given to the Police and no action has been taken till date. This Court cannot go into this issue in this contempt proceedings and it is left open to the petitioner to independently work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
4. Regarding the same, this contempt petition is closed.
