S.Gopinathan, residing at F-1, Arunachala Tendral Apartments, No.14, 8th Cross Street, Shastrinagar, Chennai - 600 020 as witness and issue summons to him to give evidence in the above TOS No.42 of 2010 before this Court.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the application is allowed.

4. Issue summon to Mr.S.Gopinathan returnable by 14.08.2023 and post on 14.08.2023 before the Additional Master concerned for recording evidence.
