When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the respondent police had already completed the investigation in this case and filed the final report. Cognizance has also been taken in C.C. No. 1465 of 2025, and summons have been issued to the petitioners. Since the final report has been filed and summons have been issued by the trial court, the petitioners are required to appear pursuant to the summons, and there is no apprehension of arrest at this stage.
