ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioners who have been given dealership, wherein, the partnership firm has been reconstituted and informed to the respondent and in spite of the same, the respondent has not acted upon.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3.In the considered view of this Court, the relationship between the petitioners and the respondent is purely contractual in nature. If really, the petitioners have reconstituted the partnership firm and the same has been informed to the respondent and the respondent has not acted upon the same, that will not give a cause of action to file a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ jurisdiction cannot be exercised in cases of this nature. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to follow up with the
3/5 respondent Corporation and get the reconstitution of the firm recognised by the respondent Corporation.
4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No Costs. 15-07-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ssr
