Tr.CMP No.582 of 2019 and CMP No.16778 of 2019 V.LAKSHMI NARAYANAN,J., This matter is listed today under the caption "for clarification" at the instance of the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the Tr.CMP was presented, it was stated that O.S.No.84 of 2016 is pending before III Additional District Court, Coimbatore and on that basis O.S.No.103 of 2016 was withdrawn from the file of District Munsif Court, Pollachi to be heard along with O.S.No.84 of 2016 on the file of V Additional District Court, Coimbatore.

3. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court on the basis of the letter in D.No.574 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 written by III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore that the suit is pending before V Additional District Court, Coimbatore. Accordingly, the order passed by this Court on 28.08.2019 is modified as follows: (a) III Additional District Court shall transmit the entire records of OS.No.103/2016, renumbered as O.S.No.1333 of 2022 to the file of V Additional District Court, Coimbatore and (b) V Additional District Court, Coimbatore shall try O.S.No.1333 of 2022 along with O.S.No.84 of 2016. In all other aspects, the order pass by this Court on 28.08.2019 remains same.
