ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 20.07.2021 for the offence under Section 393 IPC in Cr.No.40 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have snatched the gold chain from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are 19 previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are 19 previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
