This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not harass the petitioners in connection with the complaints made by Dr.P.Elango, S/o.Perumal Padayachi.

2. The contention of the petitioners is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the said Dr.P.Elango. The respondent police is calling the petitioner at odd hours for enquiry and causing harassment.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are not enquired and neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
