This petition is filed to condone the delay of 322 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 322 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period in filing the appeal.
