(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce her husband C.Rajesh Prabhu, S/o A.Chinnapparaj, aged 31 years, either in body or person before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu C.Rajesh Prabhu has been secured. Further, the respondent police has produced the detenu before this Court.
