This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to enhance the claim amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to Rs.10,00,000/- in the above appeal preferred against the decree and judgment dated 10.04.2018 made in M.C.O.P.No.338 of 2015 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Additional District Court, Poonamallee.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
