COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by Mani and Saravanan, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.

With the above observations, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
