C.M.P.No.18739 of 2023 in C.M.A.Sr.No.74777 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J Mr.C.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 543 days in paying the deficit court fee.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 543 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission and print the name of Mr.C.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent at the time of admission.

6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 543 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
