Mrs.GeethaThamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner is the Koothanallur Muslim League Peravai Society and seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing the sole respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2022 and reminder dated 14.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondent would have no objection to mandamus being issued as prayed for.

4. Hence, mandamus is issued to sole respondent to call upon the petitioner to appear through authorised representative, hear them and pass orders on the representation dated 15.12.2022 and reminder dated 14.07.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
