This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in para 3 in Crl.M.P.No.8606 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 11498 of 2024 on 19.06.2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
