O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying, that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondent, to produce the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Sushmitha, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.
2. It has been stated that the detenue had gone missing, from 24.11.2015. Therefore, the petitioner had lodged a complaint, before the respondent, and the said complaint had been registered, as a case, in Cr.No.417 of 2015, on the file of the respondent. Since, no effective steps, had been taken by the respondent to trace the detenue, the petitioner has preferred the present Habeas Corpus Petition, before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Today, when the matter had been listed for hearing, the respondent police had produced the detenue before this Court. The mother of the detenue, is also present. On enquiry, the detenue had stated, that she would like to go along with her mother, the petitioner herein. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, permitting the detenue to go along with her mother, as per her wish.
