Crl.M.P.No.11149 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14386 of 2024 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.O.P.No.14386 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
