This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 15927 of 2024 on 09.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the credit of Akshaya Trust, HDFC Bank, Royapettah Branch, SB A/c.No.50100229455060. IFSC Code No.HDFC0003631 and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
