The defendants in O.S.No.249 of 2018 before the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, is the revision petitioners herein, seeking speedy disposal of the said suit.

2. In view of the relief that has been sought for in the revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and gone through the records.

4. The petitioners state that the suit is pending from the year 2018 and seeks for early disposal.

5. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2018, I am inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to expedite the trial of the suit in OS.
