Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide order dated 24.10.2019, in Letter No.7612/UD-VII(1)/2019-2 and to quash the same.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the order dated 24.10.2019 passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Santhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, liberty is granted and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
