This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.10.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021, an FIR in Crime No.10 of 2021 has been registered, for offence under Sections 294(b), 493, 417 and 506(i) of IPC, by the 2nd respondent.
