Crl.M.P.No.11380 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13851 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH., J The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court below in keeping with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13851 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of ten (10) days from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13851 of 2023 vide order dated 22.06.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
