This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 and 2 as the legal heirs of the deceased A.P.Shivradja and to continue to prosecution the writ petition.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent raised serious objection in allowing this petition, however, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition to substitute the petitioners as the legal heirs of the deceased A.P.Shivradja, is ordered.
