O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner as he has been forced to undergo the ordeal under the pretext of enquiry by the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are forcing the petitioner to settle the dues of one Kunduri Thirupathi, with whom the petitioner had business relationship. The respondent police is constantly harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the petitioner knows Kunduri Thirupathi and the petitioner had received a sum of Rs.3.2 lakhs from the said Kunduri Thirupathi and on the complaint of Kunduri Thirupathi, the respondent police assigned CSR.No.335 of 2021. The petitioner was called for enquiry and he had appeared before the respondent police on 05.10.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner and the said Kunduri Thirupathi had agreed to resolve the dispute between them on or before 30.10.2021. Till date there is no progress in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is to be dismissed.

4. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

5. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
