This application has been filed to extend the time to comply the order and execution of the surety by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 12827 of 2024 on 10.06.2024.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
