This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and to complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32421 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to furnish the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4. It is made clear that in the event of non-compliance, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically cancelled.
