This petition had been filed by the Appellants seeking further relaxation.

2. In Crl.M.P.No.12107 of 2021, the appellants in Crl.A.No.584 of 2021 who have suffered conviction before the learned Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, sought for suspension of sentence and the same was allowed by the then learned Judge of this Court by order dated 01.12.2021 with the condition that the appellants had to report before the trial Court on the first working day of English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. Now, the present petition had been filed for relaxation. Total relaxation cannot be considered as there are cases pending with the trial judge for execution of warrant. Therefore, till the disposal of appeal, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned as per the earlier order. Considering that it causes difficulties to them, the appeal itself will be taken out on priority on 22.08.2023.
